Here is the process and list of requirements if you want to apply for the ECE Board Exam.

Pre-qualifications for Examination. In order to be admitted to the electronics and communications engineering examination, an applicant must, at the time of the filing of his application therefor, establish to the satisfaction of the Board that:

He is at least twenty-one years of age;
He is a citizen of the Philippines or of a foreign country qualified to take the examination under Section twenty-three of this Act;
He is of good moral character;
He is a holder of the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering, or such equivalent engineering course from any school, institute, college, or university recognized by the Government or the State where it is established, after completing a resident collegiate course of not less than four years: Provided, That within three years after the approval of this Act, holders of a certificate of Associate in Electronics and Communications Engineering or any allied engineering course or holder of a valid first class radio telegraphy or radiotelephony commercial operator license with at least five years active practice in electronics, communications, or related fields shall be qualified to take the electronics and communications engineering examination.

Educational Qualification / Training / Experience:
B.S. in Electronics & Communication Engineering or its equivalent

Scope of Examination. The examination for the practice of electronics and communications engineering in the Philippines shall consist of written tests which shall cover such subjects as the Board may prescribe.

Ratings in the Examination. To pass the examination, a candidate must obtain an average of seventy percent, with no rating below fifty per cent in any subject: Provided, That an applicant who fails to obtain a passing average but who obtained at least seventy per cent in each of at least one-half of the total subjects given in the examination, may be permitted to take within two years from the date of his examination, another examination on the subjects in which he obtained a grade below seventy percent. Should the examinee fail in the set of subjects repeated in the second examination, he shall be required to take all the subjects in the next examination.

Foreign Reciprocity. No foreigner shall be admitted to an examination or registration as electronics and communications engineer under this Act unless he proves in the manner as provided by the Board that, by specific provisions of law, the country, state or province of which he is a citizen, subject, or national admits Filipino citizens to the practice of electronics and communications engineering after an examination on terms of strict and absolute equality with the citizens, subjects, or national of said country, including the unconditional recognition of prerequisite degrees issued by institutions of learning duly recognized by the Government of the Philippines.1

Penal Provisions. The following shall be punished by a fine of not less than two thousand pesos nor more than five thousand pesos, or by imprisonment for not less than six months nor more than six years, or both, in the discretion of the Court:

• Any person who shall give any false or fraudulent statement to the Board to obtain a certificate of registration as electronics and communications engineer;
• Any person who shall present or use as his own a certificate of registration issued to another under this Act;
• Any person who shall present or use a revoked or suspended certificate of registration as electronics and communications engineer;
• Any person who shall assume, use, or advertise as electronics and communications engineer, or append to his name, letters, or words tending to convey the impression that he is a registered electronics and communications engineer when in fact he is not duly registered with the Board as such;
• Any electronics and communications engineer, or any person on his behalf, who shall stamp or seal any document with his seal as such after his certificate of registration has expired or has been suspended or revoked;
• Any electronics and communications engineer who shall sign his name, affix his seal, or use any other method of signature on plans, technical descriptions, or other documents prepared by or under another electronics and communications engineerÕs supervision, unless the same is prepared in such manner as to clearly indicate the part or parts of such work actually performed by the former;
• Any person, except the electronics and communications engineer in charge, who shall sign for any branch of the electronics and communications engineering work, or any function or engineering practice not actually performed by him;
• Any person holding a certificate of registration who shall engage in illegal wire-tapping and/or theemployment of electronics devices in violation of the privacy of another or in disregard of the privilege of private communications or maintain an unlicensed and/or unregistered communications system or device;

Apply For The CE Board Exam

Qualifications for Examination. - Any person applying for admission to the civil engineering examination as herein provided shall, prior to the date of the examination, establish to the satisfaction of the Board that he has the following qualifications:

Be at least twenty-one years of age;
Be a citizen of the Philippines;
Be of good reputation and moral character; and
Be a graduate of a four-year course in civil engineering from a school, institute, college or university recognized by the Government or the State wherein it is established.

Seal and Use of Seal. - All registered civil engineers shall obtain a seal of such design as the Board shall authorize and direct: Provided, however, That the serial number of the certificate issued by the Board shall be included in the design of the seal. Plans and specifications prepared by, or under the direct supervision of a registered civil engineer shall be stamped with said seal during the life of the registrant's certificate, and it shall be unlawful for any one to stamp or seal any documents with said seal after the certificate of registrant named thereon has expired or has been revoked, unless said certificate shall have been renewed or re-issued.

Apply For The Architecture Board Exam

Qualifications of Applicants for Examination. - Any person applying for examination and for a certificate of registration as architect shall, prior to admission to examination, establish to the satisfaction of the Board:

1. That he is at least twenty-one years of age;
2. That he is of good reputation and moral character;
3. That he has completed the high school course or its equivalent;
4. That he is a graduate of a four-year course in architecture or its equivalent of a school, college, academy, or institute duly recognized by the Government and in addition has a specific record of at least two years of diversified experience as architectural draftsman, clerk-of-work, specification writer or superintendent: Provided, however, That an applicant holding a Master's degree in Architecture from a school, college, university or institute recognized by the Government or the state in which it is established, shall be credited one year in his practical experience.

Educational Qualification / Training / Experience:

• B.S. in Architecture or its equivalent

1. Two (2) years of diversified experience
2. Logbook of diversified experience.
3. Affidavit of Experience signed by a registered Architect. (FTB)

• Masters’ degree in Architecture with one (1) year practical experience

Subjects of Examination. - The subjects in which applicants for architect’s certificate shall be examined are:

1. Architectural Design.
2. History and Theory of Architecture.
3. Architectural Engineering (Structural Design, Mechanical and Electrical equipment, Plumbing)
4. Architectural Practice and Materials (Building Laws, legal and ethical knowledge and responsibilities, Business and professional functions of the architect, Specifications)
5. Building Materials and Methods of Construction.

Reexamination. - An applicant who for the third time fails to pass the examination for the same grade shall not be allowed to take another until at least one year has elapsed after his last examination.

Seal and Use of Seal. -

1. Each registrant hereunder shall, upon registration, obtain a seal of such design as the examining body shall authorize and direct. Plans and specifications prepared by, or under the direct supervision of a registered architect shall be stamped with said seal during the life of the registrant’s certificate, and it shall be unlawful for any one to stamp or seal any documents with said seal after the certificate of the registrant named thereon has expired or has been revoked, unless said certificate shall have been renewed or reissued.
2. No officer or employee of this Republic, chartered cities; provinces and municipalities, now or hereafter charged with the enforcement of laws, ordinances or regulations relating to the construction or alteration of buildings, shall accept or approve any plans or specifications which have not been prepared and submitted in full accord with all the provisions of this Act. Nor shall any payment be approved by any such officer for any work, the plans and specifications for which have not been so prepared and signed and sealed by the author.
3. Signing of plans specifications and other documents. It shall be unlawful for any architect to sign his name, affix his seal, or use any other method of signature on plans, specifications or other documents made under another architect’s supervision, unless the same is made in such manner as to clearly indicate the part or parts of such work actually performed by the former; and it shall be unlawful for any person, except the architect in charge, to sign for any branch of the work, or any function or architectural practice, not actually performed by him. The architect in charge, shall be fully responsible for all plans, specifications, and other documents issued under his seal or authorized signature. The Board shall make all necessary rules and regulations relating to signing and sealing of drawings, specifications, reports, and other documents registered by architects.
4. Drawings and specifications duly signed, stamped or sealed, as instruments of service, are the property and documents of the Architect, whether the object for which they are made is executed or not. It shall be unlawful for any person, without the written consent of the architect or author of said documents, to duplicate or to make copies of said documents for use in the repetition of and for other projects or buildings, whether executed partly or in whole.

Suspension and Revocation of Certificates. - The Board shall have the power, upon notice and hearing, to suspend and revoke any certificate of registration of any registrant for any cause specified in the preceding section, or for the use or perpetration of any fraud or deceit in obtaining a certificate of registration, or for gross negligence or incompetency or for unprofessional or dishonorable conduct; Provided, however, That such action of the Board shall be subject to appeal to the Secretary of Public Works and Communications31 whose decision shall be final. It shall be sufficient ground for the revocation of a certificate issued to a person under this Act for unprofessional or dishonorable conduct, if:

1. He has signed, and affixed or permitted to be signed or affixed his name or seal on any plans, designs, specifications, drawings, technical reports, valuation, estimate, or other similar documents or work not prepared by him, or not executed under his immediate supervision, or
2. Has paid money except the regular fees provided for, to secure a certificate of registration; or
3. Has falsely impersonated a practitioner, or former practitioner of a like or different name, or has practiced under an assumed, fictitious or corporate name other than that of the registered;
4. Has aided or abetted in the practice of architecture any person not duly authorized to practice architecture in the Philippines.

Corporations Cannot Register.- The practice of architecture is a professional service, admission to which shall be determined upon the basis of individual, personal qualifications. No firm, company, partnership, association or corporation may be registered or licensed as such for the practice of architecture: Provided, however, That persons properly registered and licensed as architects may, among themselves or with a person or persons properly registered and licensed as civil engineers, form, and obtain registration of, a firm, partnership or association using the term “Architects” or “Architects and Engineers,” but, nobody shall be a member or partner of such firm, partnership or association unless he is a duly registered and licensed architect or civil engineer, and the members who are architects shall only render work and services proper for an architect as defined in this Act, and members who are civil engineers shall also only render work and services which are proper for a civil engineer as defined under the law regulating the practice of civil engineering;3 individual members of such firm, partnership or association shall be responsible for their respective acts.

Reciprocity Requirements.- No person who is not a citizen of the Philippines at the time he applies to take the examination shall be allowed to take it unless he can prove in the manner provided by the Rules of Court that, by specific provision of law, the country of which he is a citizen, subject, or national either admits citizens of the Philippines to the practice of the same profession without restriction or allows them to practice it after an examination on terms of strict and absolute equality with citizens, subjects, or nationals of the country concerned, including the unconditional recognition of degrees issued by institution of learning duly recognized for the purpose by the Government of the Philippines: Provided, That if he is not a citizen of the Philippines, and was admitted to the practice of a profession in the Philippines after December 8, 1941, his active practice in that profession either in the Philippines or in the state or country where he was practicing his profession, shall not have been interrupted for a period of two years or more prior to July 4, 1946, and that the country or state from which he comes allows the citizens of the Philippines by specific provision of law, to practice the same profession without restriction or on terms of strict and absolute equality with citizens, subjects or nationals of the country or state concerned.

Apply For The CPA Board Exam

Admission Requirements for Examinations. No person shall be admitted to the examination unless he is:

• a citizen of the Philippines;
• of good moral character;
• is a holder of the degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy conferred by a school, college, academy or institute duly recognized and/or accredited by the CHED or other authorized government offices; and
• has not been convicted of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude.

Educational Qualification / Training / Experience:

• B.S. in Accountancy or its equivalent
• BSC, BBA, BSBA graduates as of Dec. 1994 with certificate of units earned.

Scope of Examination. The examinations shall be in writing and shall cover the following subjects with the corresponding weight in units unless otherwise modified by the Board upon approval of the Professional Regulation Commission.

The contents and coverage of these subjects shall be in accordance with the outline or syllabus prepared and issued by the Board of Accountancy containing the following:

Theory of Accounts - Accounting terminology, accounting principles and procedures, classification of accounts, valuation of assets and liabilities, income determination, developments in the science of accountancy, etc.

Business Law and Taxation - One-half on the subject of business law covering obligation and contracts, partnerships and corporations, negotiable instruments and other phases of the legal framework of business, and the other half on taxation dealing on income tax, business taxes, transfer taxes, and other taxes affecting accounting practice.

Management Services Ð Principles and procedures, methods, and techniques involved in management consulting services that may be rendered by Certified Public Accountants in areas such as managerial accounting, planning and control operations, design and appraisal of accounting systems, and financial -management related services.

Auditing Theory - Auditing concepts, auditing standards, internal control, auditing procedures and techniques, and the short-form audit report.

Auditing Problems - Problems on the application of auditing standards, techniques and procedures, preparation of working papers, completion of the audit, and preparation of audit report.

Practical Accounting I - Problems concerning financial statements and accounting for assets, liabilities and stockholder’s equity.

Practical Accounting II - Problems pertaining to partnership, joint ventures, fire insurance on the insured’s books, consignments, installment sales, agencies and branches, business combinations, cost accounting, financial analysis, and government accounting.

Examination Rating. - A candidate for the examination obtaining a general weighted average of seventy-five percent and above shall be entitled to registration as certified public accountant and as such shall receive a certificate of registration from the Board of Accountancy; Provided, That in no case should the rating on any subject be less than sixty-five percent. In the event a candidate obtains the rating of seventy-five percent and above in at least four (4) subjects having a combined weight of eight (8) units as provided for in this Act, he shall receive a conditional credit for the subjects passed; Provided, However, That such candidates shall take an examination in the remaining subjects within two years from the preceding examination; Provided further, That if the candidate fails to obtain at least a general weighted average of seventy-five percent and a rating of at least sixty-five percent in each of the subjects reexamined, he shall be considered as failed in the entire examination.

Failing candidates to take refresher course. Any candidate who fails in two complete Certified Public Accountant board examinations shall be disqualified from taking another set of examination unless he submits evidence to the satisfaction of the Board of Accountancy that he has enrolled in and completed at least twenty-four units of subjects given in Certified Public Accountant Examinations.

For purposes of this Law, the examinations in which the candidate was conditioned together with the removal examination on the subject in which he failed shall be counted as one complete examination.

Limitations on the Practice of Public Accountancy. Single practitioners and partnerships for the practice of public accountancy shall be registered certified public accountants in the Philippines: Provided, That from the effectivity of this Act, a certificate of accreditation shall be issued to certified public accountants in public practice only upon showing, in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated by the Board and approved by the Commission, that such registrant has acquired a minimum of three (3) years meaningful experience in any of the areas of public practice including taxation: Provided, further, That this requirement shall not apply to those already granted a certificate of accreditation prior to the effectivity of this Act. The Securities and Exchange Commission shall not register any corporation organized for the practice of public accountancy.

Apply For The Nursing Board Exam

Qualifications for Examinations. - In order to be admitted to the examination for nurses, an applicant must, at the time of filing his or her application, establish to the satisfaction of the Board of Nursing that:

• He or she is a citizen of the Philippines, or a citizen or subject of a country which permits Filipino nurses to practice within its territorial limits on the same basis as the subject or citizen of such country: Provided, That the requirements for the registration or licensing or nurses in said country are substantially the same as those prescribed in this Act;
• He or she is at least eighteen (18) years of age: Provided, That any underage applicant who successfully passes the examination shall not be permitted or licensed to practice nursing until he or she shall have reached the age of majority;
• He or she is in good health and is of good moral character; and
• He or she is a holder of a bachelors- degree in nursing from a college or university duly recognized by the proper government agency.

Licensure Examination. - The licensure examination for the practice of nursing in the Philippines shall be given by the Board not earlier than one (1) month but not later than two (2) months after the closing of the semester prescribed by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. The examination shall be held in the City of Manila or in such places as may be decided by the Board subject to the approval of the Professional Regulation Commission.

Scope of Examination. - The scope of the examination for the practice of nursing in the Philippines shall be determined by the Board. The Board shall take into consideration the objectives of the nursing curriculum, the broad areas of nursing, and other related disciplines and competencies in determining the subjects of examinations.

Rating in the Examination. - In order to pass the examination, an examinee must obtain a general average rating of at least seventy-five percent (75%) with a rating of not below sixty percent (60%) in any subject. An examinee who obtains an average rating of seventy-five percent (75%) or higher but gets a rating below sixty percent (60%) in any given subject must take the examination again, but only in the subject or subjects where he or she rated below sixty percent (60%). In order to pass the succeeding examination, an examinee must obtain a rating of at least seventy-five percent (75%) in the subject or subjects repeated. An examinee who despite the third examination fails to obtain at least seventy-five percent (75%) in the subject or subjects repeated shall no longer be allowed to take the examination, unless he proves to the satisfaction of the Board that he/ she has undergone a refresher course consisting in enrollment and passing in the regular fourth year subjects in a recognized nursing school.

Issuance of Certificates. - A certificate of registration as nurse shall be issued to any applicant who passes the examination upon payment of the prescribed fees. Every certificate of registration shall show the full name of the registrant; the serial number, the signature of the members of the Board, and the official seal of the Board.

Fees for Examination and Registration. - Applicants for licensure examination and for registration shall pay the prescribed fees set by the Professional Regulation Commission.

Registration by Reciprocity. - Certificates of registration may be issued without examination to nurses registered under the laws of any foreign state or country: Provided, That the requirements for the registration or licensing of nurses in said country are substantially the same as those prescribed under this Act: Provided, further, That the laws of such state or country grant the same privileges to registered nurses of the Philippines on the same basis as the subject or citizens of such foreign state or country.

Non-issuance of Certificates in Certain Cases. - No person convicted by final judgment of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude or any person guilty of immoral or dishonorable conduct shall be issued a certificate of registration. The Board shall furnish the applicant a written statement setting forth the reasons for its actions which shall be incorporated in the records of the Board.

Revocation and Suspension of Certificates. - The Board shall have the power to revoke or suspend the certificate of registration of a nurse upon any of the following grounds:

• For any of the causes mentioned in the preceding section;
• For unprofessional and unethical conduct;
• For gross incompetence and serious ignorance;
• For malpractice or negligence in the practice of nursing; or
• For the use of fraud, deceit, or false statements in obtaining a certificate of registration.

Re issuance of Revoked Certificates and Replacement of Lost Certificates. - The Board may, for reasons of equity and justice or when the cause for revocation has disappeared or has been cured and corrected, upon proper application therefor and the payment of the required fees, issue another copy of the certificate of registration.

Apply For The Medicine Board Exam

Qualifications of Examiner. - No person shall be appointed a member of the Board of Medical Examiner unless he or she:

• is a natural-born citizen of the Philippines,
• is a duly registered physician in the Philippines,
• has been in the practice of medicine for at least ten years,
• is of good moral character and of recognized standing in the medical profession as certified by the Philippine Medical Association,
• is not a member of the faculty of any medical school and has no pecuniary interest, directly or indirectly, in any college of medicine or any institution where any branch of medicine is taught, at the time of his appointment

Educational Qualification / Training / Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine or its equivalent - Certificate of Internship for one year after graduation
• For PRELIM ONLY - TOR & Certificate of having completed the first two (2) years in College of Medicine

The questions shall be the same for all applicants. All answers must be written in English. No name of the examinee shall appear in the examination paper but the examiners shall devise a system whereby such applicant can be identified by number only. In order that a candidate may be deemed to have passed his examination successfully he must have obtained a general average of seventy-five percent without a grade lower than fifty percent in any subject: Provided, That a candidate who fails for the third time in the complete or final examinations will be required to take a refresher course prescribed by the Board of Medical Examiners42 of at least one (1) year in a recognized medical school or college before he could be allowed to take the subsequent examinations. If the applicant is found to be proficient in the subjects in the preliminary examinations, he or she shall be exempt in these subjects at the time of the final examination. In case of failure in any subject at any preliminary examination given in accordance with this section, the candidate shall not then be reexamined in such subject in which he may have failed until he shall have finished the prescribed course of medical study and internship. (Amended by R.A. 4224)

Grounds for reprimand, suspension or revocation or registration certificate.- Any of the following shall be sufficient ground for reprimanding a physician, or for suspending or revoking a certificate of registration as physician:

1. Conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude;
2. Immoral or dishonorable conduct;
3. Insanity;
4. Fraud in the acquisition of the certificate of registration;
5. Gross negligence, ignorance or incompetence in the practice of his or her profession resulting in an injury to or death of the patient;
6. Addiction to alcoholic beverages or to any habit-forming drug rendering him or her incompetent to practice his or her profession, or to any form of gambling;
7. False or extravagant or unethical advertisements wherein other things than his name, profession, limitationof practice, clinic hours, office and home address, are mentioned;
8. Performance of or aiding in any criminal abortion;
9. Knowingly issuing any false medical certificate;
10. Issuing any statement or spreading any news or rumor which is derogatory to the character & reputation of another physician without justifiable motive;
11. Aiding or acting as a dummy of unqualified or unregistered person to practice medicine;
12. Violation of any provision of the Code of Ethics as approved by the Philippine Medical Association. Refusal of a physician to attend a patient in danger of death is not a sufficient ground for revocation for suspension of his registration certificate if there is a risk to the physician’s life.

Steps on how to apply for the board exam

STEP 1. Secure Action Sheet from the PRC Customer Service Center (CSC) and accomplish the same.

• Application Form for Nurses
• Application Form for Various Board
• List of Rurban Codes

STEP 2. Submit the Action Sheet for processing and evaluation at any of the Processing Windows together with the following:

• Original and photo/xerox copies of Transcript of Records with Special Order and Date of Graduation SCANNED PICTURES AND WITH REMARKS “FOR BOARD EXAMINATION PURPOSES ONLY”. See Resolution No. 2004-200.
• Original and photo/xerox copy of NSO-issued Birth Certificate (in NSO security paper; if NSO copy not very clear, bring copy from the Local Civil Registrar)
• Original and photo/xerox copies of Marriage Contract in NSO security paper (for married female only;if NSO copy not very clear, bring copy from local civil registrar).
• Four (4) passport size colored pictures in white background with complete name tag.
• Current Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
• Other specific requirements as required by the Commission and/or Professional Regulatory Board.

NOTE: Secure the following from the processor upon approval of your application:

• Computerized Application form (CAF)
• Permanent Examination and Registration Record card (PERRC) (for first-timers) Download sample PERRC
• Notice of Admission (NOA)

STEP 3. Pay examination fee at any of the Cashier Windows. Get Official Receipt.

• Baccalaureate Degree - P 900.00
• Non-Baccalaureate Degree - P600.00
• Removal - P450.00

STEP 4. Pay for metered documentary stamps and mailing envelope with metered documentary stamps at the CSC.

STEP 5. Accomplish the CAF, PERRC, and NOA. Indicate the Official Receipt number, date, and amount on the CAF.

STEP 6. Proceed to any of the Issuance Windows (Window 9, 10, 11, 12) for final review of qualifications and documents and issuance of NOA, Applicant's Stub, Program of Examination, Examinee's Guide and Self-Instruction Sheet. Click here for Examinees’ Self Instruction Sheet.

STEP 7. Keep the Notice of Admission, Official Receipt, and the Applicant's Stub. Bring these with you on the first day of the examination. For further information, read the General Instructions at the back page of the Notice of Admission, Program of Examination, Examinee's guide and Self-Instruction Sheet.

STEP 8. Bring your NOA when you verify with the PRC your school and building assignment which will be posted at the PRC premises two (2) three(3) working days before the examination date.

NO APPLICATION SHALL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED. YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEITED.

APPLICATIONS WHOSE ENTRIES WITH RESPECT TO NAME, DATE OF BIRTH and SEX DIFFER FROM ENTRIES IN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE, TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS (TOR), and OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Apply For The ChE Board Exam

Qualifications for Examination. - In order to be admitted to the chemical engineer's examination, an applicant shall establish to the satisfaction of the Board that:

• He is a citizen of the Philippines;
• He is at least twenty-one years of age;
• He is of good reputation and moral character;
• He is a holder of the degree of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or its equivalent from a school or college recognized by the Government, the course for which covers not less than the total number of credit units equivalent to the four-year regular course in chemical engineering.

Educational Qualification / Training / Experience:

• B.S. in Chemistry (Thesis should be indicated in the Transcript of Records)
• Equivalent Bachelors degree with at least 60 units in Chemistry (FTB).

Scope of Examination. The examination shall cover questions relating to general inorganic, organic, analytical, and industrial chemistry, physical chemistry, applied mechanics, chemical engineering , and engineering law and ethics: Provided, That the relative weight of the chemical engineering subject shall not be less than forty per cent.

Reprimand, Suspension and Revocation of Certificates. - The Board shall have the power to reprimand any registrant after giving him proper notice and hearing, or suspend or revoke his certificate of registration for any cause specified in this Section, or for the use or perpetration of any fraud or deceit in obtaining said certificate, or for gross negligence or incompetency, or for unprofessional, dishonorable, or immoral conduct: Provided, however, That the action of the Board in the exercise of this power shall be appealable to the Secretary of Public Works and Communications24 whose decision shall be final. It shall be sufficient for the revocation of a certificate issued under this Act on the ground of unprofessional or dishonorable conduct on the part of a registrant, that he has:

1. Signed any plan, design, technical report, valuation, specification, estimate or other similar documents, or works not prepared by him nor executed under his immediate supervision; or
2. Represented himself as having taken charge of, undertaken or supervised the design, construction, erection, installation or alteration of industrial plants or chemical works, projects or plants, without actually having done so; or
3. Represented himself as having performed chemical engineering service in connection with the manufacture of chemical and industrial products without actually having done so; or
4. Represented himself as having managed, operated, acted as superintendent of, or maintained an industrial plant without having done so.

Application to Firms and Corporations. - A firm, copartnership, company, corporation, or association can engage in the practice of chemical engineering in the Philippines, provided only that such practice is carried out by chemical engineers holding valid certificates of registration and in the regular employ of said firm, co partnership, company, corporation or association, or by persons holding valid certificates of proficiency issued by the Board for the particular branch of chemical engineering involved in such practice.

Foreign Reciprocity. - Except in the case of persons otherwise exempt under the provisions of this Act, no foreign chemical engineer shall be granted any of the rights or privileges under this Act, unless the country of which he is a subject or citizen permits Filipino chemical engineers to practice within its territorial limits on the same basis as the subjects or citizens of such country.
